ACTIVITIES

The Club has regular field days, usually once a month during the fishing season.  Most of these are based at the Club Lodge at Bronte Lagoon in the Central Highlands, others are camping trips to different highland lakes.

The club also holds an annual dinner, auction and trophy presentation night as well as a gourmet dinner night at the Bronte Lagoon Lodge.

2011-2012 Season Field Days:-

6 August 2011:-  Bronte Chain or Derwent River -  John Barwick Ice Breaker Trophy - measure in or phone in at The Lodge at 6pm

3 September 2011:- River Derwent only, measure in Austins Ferry Boat Ramp, Austins Ferry Road at 4pm, trout or bream may be measured in, BBQ lunch provided at 1pm

1 October:-Bronte Area - measure in at the Lodge 8pm 

5- 6 November:-  Tooms Lake Only- Commencing midnight Friday measure in at camp noon Sunday

3 December:-  Tiger Hut Open Area - measure in 10pm Tiger Hut

28 - 29 Jan 2012:- Open Area - Midnight Friday measure in at Arthurs Lake Jonah Bay camp site, Sunday at noon.

3 March:-  Bronte Lagoon Only - E.C. Lowe Trophy - measure in and BBQ at The Lodge at 7pm

14 April:-  Dee Lagoon Only - weigh-in at The Lodge 7pm
